Project Manager

Location: remote / Amesbury, MA office

Catchfire Creative, a digital marketing agency located in Amesbury, MA, is seeking a full-time Project Manager to manage the process of executing projects with efficiency, integrity and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate would be within driving distance of our Amesbury, MA office.

The Project Manager is responsible for:
-Funneling project tasks from clients to design, development and marketing teams
-Setting up projects in ClickUp, Dropbox, Timely and Google Drive
-Assigning action items, and helping to maintain to-do list organization with client and internal teams
-Run internal creative meeting status updates – update team members based on discussions
-Ensuring all relevant client assets are delivered, reviewing all work for quality assurance
-Participating in the development of project schedules, budgets, resource allocations, etc.
-Fielding all internal team questions, identifying issues and relaying information
-Compiling weekly hour reports for internal tracking and client reporting using our hours tracking service
-Providing solutions to potential project roadblocks and work to mitigate issues

Other responsibilities:
-Scheduling and attending client meetings, agenda creation and note taking
-Supporting marketing team with social accounts and content work overflow
-Administrative support including helping with new business inquiries

Ideal candidate:
-Bachelor’s degree
-3-5 years experience in digital/creative agency environment
-Takes initiative and willing to assist in areas outside of role when needed
-High attention to detail with a focus on organization
-Web development PM experience specifically a plus
-Task-driven team communication and management skills
-Social media savvy (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
-Ideally digital PM experience (understanding of different project methodologies, platforms, and organizational track record, PMP Certification, etc.)
-Looking for a driven individual to work in tandem with our current project management team
