Project Coordinator

Location: our Portsmouth, NH office.

CatchFire Creative, a digital marketing agency located in the heart of downtown Portsmouth, is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to manage the internal process of executing projects with efficiency, integrity, and client satisfaction.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Funneling project tasks from account management and marketing management to design, development, and content teams
  • Setting up projects in Basecamp, Dropbox, and Google Drive
  • Assigning action items, and helping to maintain To-Do list organization with account and marketing teams
  • Ensuring all relevant client assets are collected, and provided to account leads
  • Monitoring project timelines and working with account leads to meet deadlines
  • Fielding all internal team questions, identifying issues and relaying
  • Reviewing all work for quality assurance
  • Compiling mid-month and end of month hourly reports for internal tracking and client reporting

Other responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and attending client meetings, note taking
  • Assisting with market research for clients and prospects
  • Supporting marketing team with social accounts and content work overflow
  • Administrative support including managing inbound office calls and new business inquiries

Ideal candidate:

  • 2-3 years experience in Digital/Creative agency environment is highly preferred
  • Go-getter that takes initiative and jumps in wherever a need arises
  • To-do list maker, ultra-organized and loves the details
  • Team-player, doesn’t shy away from keeping people on task
  • Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat etc.)
  • Cream of the crop: digital PM experience (understanding of different project methodologies, platforms, and organizational track record, PMP Certification, etc.)
