Made using ecologically responsible practices and the finest organic plant extracts, exotic oils, beeswax and minerals, Badger’s products are thoughtfully blended to soothe and heal.
What We Did
Badger was looking for improved web development to better accommodate their loyal customer base. They partnered with Catchfire to restructure their existing website to create a responsive storefront that is easy to navigate and incorporates the platforms needed for smooth operating.
Our UX strategy focused on enabling Badger visitors to browse efficiently, making information about the company’s mission, products and uses easily accessible to both returning and potential customers.
We worked through a variety of bug fixes to unify text styles, UI elements and page layouts. Additionally, we improved website speed by cleaning up code, removing unnecessary resources and optimizing the loading of assets. For increased accessibility, we also enhanced ADA compliance to better serve the needs of all customers.
With multiple digital platforms operating, we worked to unify Badger’s existing Shopify, Klaviyo and PowerReviews accounts for optimal performance. We facilitated an ERP integration to ensure order data could be fed through Badger’s system for processing and then returned with tracking info when shipped.
After completing our development assessment, we performed a design audit and created a streamlined look by redesigning sections of preexisting pages. Visitors can now easily navigate their way through Badger’s product categories while learning more about the brand’s nourishing ingredients and environmental practices.
After launching our website design and development updates, Badger experienced a 12% increase in conversion rate and a 29% increase in revenue compared to the same period in 2020. This increase in sales is coupled with a 31% improvement in page load time providing shoppers with a consistent shopping experience.
